Truthfully, I hadn’t heard of Baby Aspen until Simon was gifted their adorable shark robe when he was born. I’m so glad that we were given this robe because I learned that Baby Aspen products are fantastic and who doesn’t love a baby in a cute robe (even when said baby is cranky :))?
Fast forward a couple of months and I am lucky enough to be doing a giveaway with Baby Aspen! I have spent a lot of time on their site recently and they have some awesome baby stuff – great for gifts or for yourself.
One of my favorite items is their Big Dreamzzz collection. Perfect for fun dress-up with your baby or just for cuter sleeping.
Baby Aspen recently sent Simon an adorable 3-piece layette set to try from their Big Dreamzzz collection. The set is seriously cute! It came in a nice gift box (complete with ready to hang-up hanger) and could even be monogrammed!
Am I pressuring him to become a doctor too early? (kidding…)
The layette set is soft (100% cotton) and I could see Simon wearing it to sleep, for play, or even for Halloween!
Calling all newborn medical professionals, STAT! Baby Aspen introduces Baby MD, a whimsically cozy doctor’s outfit for your own aspiring MD. Complete with a toasty-warm surgical cap and “hospital booties”, this soft, green sleeper sports a stethoscope graphic casually slung around the neck, and an embroidered pocket with pen to write those teeny-tiny prescriptions!
- Made of 100% lusciously soft cotton in soft sea-foam green and white
- Toes stay warm inside the mock hospital booties
- Newborn size 0-6 month sleeper comes with a cradle-soft “surgical cap”!
- Legs have secure snap closure for easy changes between “operations”
- Fully opened, the exclusive packaging design creates its own unique showcase! Cleverly designed “first aid” box unfolds to display product hanging from a sturdy, custom-designed hanger. Folded up, the box creates its own gift wrap suitcase!
- Box measures 9 ¼”w x 6”t x 2” d folded, opening to a display size of 9 1/4”w x 15” t x 2” d with sturdy custom hanger.
The outfit is sized 0-6 months and I found it to fit a bit on the larger side, which I appreciate because I would be less likely to put Simon in these layettes if he were brand new. The booties add extra coverage, but when Simon was wiggly they didn’t stay on all that well.
I absolutely love the complete look of the 3-piece set! It is super soft and the details are perfect. A stethoscope and pen? Move over Doogie Howser.
This is potentially weird to mention, but I really liked that Simon was able to move comfortably in the layette. He doesn’t sit on his own yet but he is doing a ton of rolling and kicking and seemed perfectly content to roll and kick and play in the ‘scrubs’.
He, of course, pulled out his study notes to get ahead before his next patient.
Baby Aspen has graciously offered to give a Big Dreamzzz layette set of your choice to one of my readers. They have a bunch of options to choose from. Police officer, ballerina, chef (OMG that hat!), etc. These could be perfect for your baby’s upcoming Halloween adventures – or just to encourage some awesome playtime.
The giveaway is open to US residents only. Good Luck!
Be sure to check out Baby Aspen’s site for yourself – be careful, there’s a lot of cute stuff to purchase!
